At SelectROW, I'm leading the design and development of a proprietary enterprise platform that consolidates CRM, project management, HR, and reporting into a single custom application — with AI-assisted workflows built in from the start.

I work directly with engineers on data modeling, BigQuery SQL pipelines, GraphQL APIs, and UX — translating executive requirements into technical specifications and measurable outcomes. The goal: eliminate SaaS dependency and give the organization a durable competitive data advantage.
