Objective: The primary objective of this project was to evaluate the existing Dynamics CRM system utilized by the client, understand their specific requirements and needs, conduct a comprehensive analysis of alternative CRM systems available in the market, and ultimately implement Salesforce to optimize the company's sales, marketing, support, and onboarding processes.
